Very easy

Ingredients:

200g kurzych wątróbek

łyżka masła

2 łyżki oleju

mała cebula

ząbek czosnku

sól, tymianek, pieprz, rozmaryn

jako dodatek marmolada borówkowa

Prepare instructions:

Na dwóch łyżkach oleju posmażamy posiekaną cebulke i czosnek. Dodajemy wątróbki, obsamażamy a potem jeszcze przez chwilę dusimy pod przykryciem (wątróbka drobiowa jest gotowa w jakieś 5min). Można przekroić na pół i sprawdzić czy jest już usmażona, jeśli tak to doprawiamy przyprawami.

Przekładamy wszystko do blendera, dodajemy masło i miksujemy do uzyskania jednolitej konsystencji. Przekładamy pojemniczków i wstawiamy do lodówki do stężenia - choć można jeść od razu...

Czy jeśli dziś zrobię pasztet i będę trzymać w lodówce, to w niedzielę będzie jeszcze dobry?? Czy próbowała Pani wekować? Byłabym wdzięczna za szybką odpowiedź ;)
