Ingredients:

½ kg mąki orkiszowej (bądź jak kto woli można mąkę pomieszać dając 20dag. pszennej i 30 dag. orkiszowej)
¾ kostki miękkiego masła
4 żółtka
15 dag. cukru trzcinowego (drobno mielonego)
15 dag. prawdziwego miodu
½ łyżeczki cynamonu i imbiru, ½ łyżeczki utłuczonych w moździerzu goździków, szczypta gałki muszkatołowej, szczypta kardamonu
1 łyżeczka gorzkiego kakao
½ łyżeczki sody oczyszczonej

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie: suche składniki połączyć w dużej misce, wysypać na stolnicę, dodać miękkie masło oraz miód i żółtka jaj a także przyprawy i rozdrobniony cukier trzcinowy. Cukier można zmielić w młynku do kawy. Ciasto zagnieść i rozwałkować na około 0,5 cm, następnie wykrawać pierniczki wg własnych pomysłów. Piec przez około 10 minut w dobrze nagrzanym piekarniku 108st. Następnie polać lukrem i ozdobić.

Ciasteczka smakują doskonale! Mąka orkiszowa i cukier trzcinowy nadaje im moim zdaniem lekko orzechowy smak. Sama wolę piec z czystej mąki orkiszowej pełnego przemiału …ale jak kto woli…można pomieszać z pszenną. Święta Bożego Narodzenia bez pierników dla mnie nie istnieją. Dom musi pachnieć goździkami, cynamonem i kardamonem. To zapachy świąt! POLECAM

mam pytanie czy te pierniki są od razu miękkie? ewentualnie jak dlugo muszą leżeć? ile dni przed Swiętami je pieczesz? pozdrawiam
