Ciasteczka kwiatuszki- kisielowe.

Ingredients:

1 margaryna (ja daję palmę z Bielmaru)
2 i 1/2 szkl. mąki
10 dag. cukru pudru
2 kisiele bez cukru -np. poziomkowe
1/2 łyzeczki proszu do piecznia
250 ml dżemu np z leśnych owoców
2/3 szkl gorącej wody
1 galaretka np. poziomkowa

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę posiekać z przesianą maką i cukrem pudrem oraz 1/2 łyżeczką proszku do pieczenia a także z dwoma kisielami (bez cukru). Zagnieść ciasto. Zawinąć w folię i włożyć do lodówki na ok 30 min. Następnie rozwalkować i wykrawać foremkami kwiatuszki. Piec ok 15 min w 150 stopniach (z termoobiegiem). Wystudzić.

Galaretę rozpuścić w okolo 2/3 szkl. gorącej wody, przestudzić a następnie dodać słoiczek dżemu. Na upieczone i chłodzone ciasteczka w kształcie kwiatuszków nakładać na środek małą łyżeczką tężejącą masę galaretkowo-dżemową. Odstawić ciastka, aby masa na ciastakach dobrze stężała. Można także udekorować ciastka perełkami do dekoracji.

Ciastka są dobre, szyko się je robi, ....pięknie wyglądają. Polecam.

Niestety nie mam zdjęcia....bo szybko zniknęły:)...może następnym razem zdążę:)

czy te ciastka mozna dawac do paczek bozonarodzeniowych??mozna je skladac po dwa ??

myślę, że można...aczkolwiek jak z każdymi ciastkami trzeba się obchodzić delikatnie:)
