Pierogi z truskawkami

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
500 g mąki pszennej
250 ml wrzącej wody
2 żółtka
1/2 łyżeczki soli
1 1/2 łyżki stopionego masła
Dodatkowo:
500 g truskawek
200 g jogurtu greckiego
150 ml śmietany kremówki
2 łyżki cukru pudru
świeża mięta (do dekoracji)

Prepare instructions:

Truskawki oczyścić. Mniejsze zostawić w całości, większe pokroić na połówki lub ćwiartki.
Do mąki dodać sól, żółtka, stopione masło i wrzącą wodę. Zagnieść ciasto ręcznie lub w robocie. Ciasto podzielić na porcje i cienko rozwałkować. Za pomocą szklanki wykrawać kółka. Na każde kółko z ciasta układać truskawki i zlepiać brzegi, formując pierogi. Pierogi gotować w osolonej wodzie z dodatkiem oleju.

Jogurt utrzeć z kremówką i cukrem pudrem. Gorące pierogi polać sosem i ozdobić liskami mięty.

Robiłam, jadłam i sobie chwalę:) W szczególności ciasto, które idealnie pasuje do słodkiego nadzienia, a przy tym fajnie się wałkuje i dobrze klei.
