Ingredients:

CIASTO:

3/4szkl cukru,
140g margaryny,
2żóltka,
1 i 3/4szkl mąki,
2 lyżki kakao,
śmietana 18%

NADZIENIE:

mleko,
budyń kokosowy,
cukier
dżem lub marmolada

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO:
Mąkę, cukier, żóltka, margarynę oraz kakao zagniatamy. Gdyby się nie chcialo polączyć dodajemy ok 2lyżki śmietany. Wkladamy do lodówki, aby się schlodzilo.
Schlodzone ciasto rozwalkowujemy i wykrawamy szklanką kólka. Kladziemy dżem, następnie budyń i zlepiamy jak pierogi. Ukladamy na pokrytej pergaminem blaszce, smarujemy bialkiem i pieczemy ok.20-30min. w temp. 180*C

NADZIENIE:
Budyń gotujemy w ok. 1 i 1/3szkl. mleka- jeśli jest bez cukru dodajemy tyle, ile pisze na opakowaniu. Studzimy.

jaki dzem dodałaś bo nie wiem co dobrze smakuje z kokosem

Przepraszam, że się wtrącę, ale sądzę, że do kokosu dobrze pasuje dżem z owoców południowych- ananasa, brzwoskwiń, mango ( o ile takowy w ogóle istnieje), pomarańczy.

Babsy, myślę, że dżemy które wymieniłaś świetnie pasują:-) ale ja niestety w domu takowych nie miałam. Użyłam dżemu z czereśni.
