Ciacho pycha!!! Robiłam z rumem  i bardzo smakowało, z tym, że następnym razem dodam mniej alkoholu. Pozdrawiam

możesz alkohol rozcieńczyć gorącą wodą lub dodać olejku rumowego

śmietana kremówka, tzn. ilu procentowa i jakiej firmy najlepsza?

Kremówka - czyli minimum 30 %. Firma - ja najczęściej używam Łaciatej (30 %) lub Łowicza (ten jest chyba 36 %). Z innymi dostępnymi u mnie bywa różnie - nie zawsze dają się ubić na sztywno.
