Robię bardzo podobne ciasto, troszkę inne proporcje, no i na wierzch jeszcze piana z 3 białek, dodana już pod sam koniec pieczenia. A, i daję nie tylko śliwki, ale zamiennie też wiśnie albo np. ananas.
