Placuszki serowe z sosem owocowym

Ingredients:

Na 10 placuszków

Sos owocowy:

około 400 g owoców (ja użyłam malin, można dać agrest, jagody, jeżyny)

4 łyżki cukru

1,5-2 szklanki wody (tak aby pokryło owoce)

1-1,5 łyżeczki mąki ziemniaczanej

Placuszki serowe:

500 g ugotowanych ziemniaków

250 g białego sera

2 jaja

8-10 łyżek mąki (zalezy jaki mokry ser)

6 łyżek cukru

skórka starta z 1/2 cytryny

szczypta cynamonu, wg gustu

szczypta soli

Poza tym

tłuszcz da smażenia masło/margaryna

Prepare instructions:

Owoce myjemy. Zagotowujemy wodę z cukrem, wrzucamy owoce i gotujemy około 4-5 minut na małym ogniu. Mąkę ziemniaczaną rozrabiamy w małej ilości zimnej wody i wlewamy do owoców. Zagotowujemy i odstawiamy. Ma mieć konsystencję półpłynną.

Ziemniaki i ser przeciskamy przez praskę do ziemniaków na posypaną mąką stolnicę. Dodajemy jaja, cukier, mąkę, sól, skórkę z cytryny i cynamon. Całość delikatnie wyrabiamy rękami. Gdy ciasto za bardzo będzie się kleić dosypujemy mąki. Wyrabiamy tylko do połączenia składników. Formujemy wałek i dzielimy go na 10 części, z których lepimy dosyć grube placuszki.

Tłuszcz porcjami rozgrzewamy na patelni i smażymy placuszki na małym ogniu przez 5 min z każdej strony na złoty kolor.

Mają chrupiącą skórkę i miękkie, aromatyczne wnętrze o nieokreślonym smaku, Placuszki inne niż wszystkie, polecam :)

Placuszki polewamy sosem owocowym.

Zrobilam dzis na obiad. Wyszly bardzo dobre! Delikatne i chrupiace. Podalam rowniez z sosem malinowym jak u autorki przepisu. Bardzo polecam!
