Placuszki z cukinii bez smażenia

Ingredients:

1 duża cukinia

1 mała cebula

2 łyżki otrębów owsianych wysokobłonnikowych (myślę że mogą być też inne ale ja akurat takie miałam )

2 łyżki mąki gryczana (jw taką miałam)

3 małe jajka (lub jedno duże lub....)

Oliwa z oliwek

Sól

Pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Cukinię umyć i odciąć twardą końcówkę. Zetrzeć na tarce na grubych oczkach. Wyłożyć na sitko, posypać solą aby puściła sok. Odczekać chwilę. W międzyczasie rozkłócić ze sobą jajka. Cebulę zetrzeć na tarce na małych oczkach. Cukinię odsączyć porządnie dodać do masy z jajek. Dodać cebulę, otręby, mąkę i wszystko wymieszać. Blachę wyłożyć papierem do pieczenia. Formować placuszki żądanej wielkości. Skropić odrobiną oliwy z oliwek. Wstawiać do nagrzanego do 180 stopni piekarnika i pieczemy do momentu aż będą chrupiące. Najlepiej smakują same, bądź z serkiem kanapkowym typu almette, sosem tzatzyki bądź jogurtem naturalnym. Smacznego!

Pyszne, bardzo puszyste zamiast otrebow owsianych dalam otreby gryczane i placuszki smazylam na patelni:) poprostu pychotka!!!! Bardzo polecam!!!!
