Polenta z pikantnym farszem mięsnym

Ingredients:

1 l mleka
sól, pieprz
200 g kaszki kukurydzianej Nadzienie:
1 marchewka
2 cebule
500 g wieprzowej łopatki
2 łyżki oleju
1 łyżka octu winnego
1 szklanka bulionu
1 łyżka słodkiej papryki
1/2 łyżeczki soli
10 kropli sosu tabasco
50 g sera żółtego
1 łyżka margaryny,

Prepare instructions:

Mleko zagotować, przyprawić. Zmniejszyć ogień, mieszając dodawać kaszkę. Gotować na wolnym ogniu 20 min. Jarzyny i mięso oczyścić, umyć, pokroić w kostkę. Rozgrzać olej, zeszklić cebulę, dodać mięso, podsmażyć. Dodać marchewkę, ocet i bulion. Dusić 10-15 min, aż odparuje połowa płynu. Przyprawić solą. tabasco i papryką. Formę wysmarować margaryną. Wyłożyć połowę polenty, na nią nadzienie, pokryć resztą polenty. Wstawić do piekarnika. Piec przez 20 min w temp. 200°C. Ser pokroić w kostkę, posypać potrawę, piec
10-15 min.

Szkoda, że nie ma żadnego komentarza, jeszcze niegdy nie robiłam polenty... Żadnej... ale mam ochotę zrobić i ten właśnie przepsi mi się spodobał. Mam pytanie, czy można zrobić to danie z mielonego mięsa z indyka?
