Ingredients:

ciasto :
3 duże pomarańcze , 15 jaj , 1 1/2 szkl cukru , 3 łyżki kakao , 15 łyżek bułki tartej , 6 łyżek mąki, 3 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia , 1 1/2 szkl mielonych orzechów
masa :
3 jaja, 5 łyżek cukru, 1 1/2 margaryny Kasi , 3 łyżeczki kawy rozpuszczalnej , 4-5 łyżek mielonych orzechów
polewa czekoladowa

Prepare instructions:

Pomarańcze umyć i w całości włożyć do garnka , zalać wodą i gotować 10 min. Odcedzić i zalać zimną wodą , pozostawić na noc. Następnego dnia zemleć w maszynce . Białka ubić z cukrem, dodać żółtka i resztę składników. Na koniec dodać zmielone orzechy i pomarańcze . Lekko wymieszać i upiec 3 placki ( każdy z nich można przygotować oddzielnie ) .
Jaja z cukrem ubić na parze , margarynę utrzeć na pulchną masę i dodać przestudzone jaja oraz kawę rozpuszczoną w 2 łyżkach wody i orzechy .

Placki przełożyć masą i polać polewą .
Przed przekładaniem masą najlepiej widelcem ściągnąć wierzch biszkoptów to nie będzie się ciasto rozwarstwiać .
