Pomidorowe żeberka

Ingredients:

2 kg b. chudych żeberek, 1 litr soku pomidorowego ( z kartonu), 3-5 łyżek ketchupu (ostrego lub łagodnego), 3 łyżki octu winnego białego, 2-3 łyżki cukru, 3 cebule, zioła prowansalskie.

Prepare instructions:

1. Przygotować zalewę: zmieszać sok pomidorowy, ocet, ketchup, cukier i cebulę (posiekaną w kosteczkę) oraz zioła. Żeberka pokrojone na porcję, zamarynować w zalewie na conajmniej 12 godzin.
2. Wstawić garnek z żeberkami i zalewą na mały ogień, dusić do 2 godzin ( kontrolując gęstość sosu), doprawić do smaku.
3. Podawać z ryżem, młodymi ziemniaczkami lub co kto lubi.

Przepis mam od koleżanki Ani, ona od koleżanki z pracy a dalej to nie wiem. Ale pyszny.....

Przepyszne żeberka w pomidorowym niby -sosie.Odrobinę zmodyfikowałam , bo zamiast soku z kartonu dałam słoiczek po dżemie domowego , dość rzadkiego przecieru pomidorowegfo i uzupełnilam do 1 litra woda mineralną:)) Ten przepis zagości w mojej kuchni. Szkoda tylko , że tak rzadko można kupić ładne , chude żeberka .Mam ochotę zrobic karkówkę w takiej marynacie bo bardzo lubie smak pomidorów .Pozdrawiam

Bardzo się cieszę, że smakowało. Myślę, że pomysł z karkówką może być całkiem trafiony, chyba też spróbuję. Pozdrowienia.
