Very easy

Ingredients:

CIASTO

25 dkg mąki
25 dkg margaryny
25 dkg twarogu

dodatkowo :
50 - 60 dkg śliwek węgierek
cukier kostka

Prepare instructions:

Z mąki , margaryny i dobrze zmielonego twarogu zagnieść ciasto.
Rozwałkować na grubość 1 cm , pokroić na kwadraty o boku 8 cm.

Śliwki umyć, wytrzeć i wydrylować ale nie przecinać na połówki.
W miejsce pestki włożyć kostkę cukru.

Śliwki z cukrem układać na kwadratach i nad śliwką zlepiać wszystkie rogi ./ wygądają wtedy jak sakiewki /Ułożyć na blaszce.
Włożyć do gorącego piekarnika i upiec na złoty kolor.

Podawać posypane cukrem pudrem.

Można jeść na gorąco , jak i na zimno.

Czyli drylując można przeciąć ale nie do końca, czy trzeba to robić drylownicą?

Matani , drylować tak aby nie przecinać śliwek na dwie oddzielne połówki .Po włożeniu kostki cukru w miejsce pestki ,całą śliwkę układamy na środku kwadratu .

Ja dodaje jabłka zamiast śliwek, i masło zamiast margaryny- pycha:-)
