znam to ciasto, pyszne, musi trochę postać, a zrobi się mięciutkie... można pod masę posmarować kwaśnym dżemem albo marmoladą, czasem dodaję do tego smarowidła ciut konfitury z róży

polewę robię z czekolady, ale ta brzmi ciekawie, muszę kiedyś spróbować

Z dżemem ciekawy pomysł. A to prawda jak poleży to mięciutkie i się nie 'rozwala' warstwami. A polewa pyszna jest, mięciutka, bo czekolada to raczej twardnieje z czasem:) Pozdrawiam :)
