Ingredients:

BISZKOPT:
-5 jajek
- 5 łyżek cukru kryształu
- 5 łyżek mąki
- 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

MASA:
-4 żółtka
-1 całe jajko
-1 szklanka cukru
-2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
-0,5 litra mleka
-1,5 kostki masła
-2 łyżki cukru pudru

DODATKI DO MASY:
I
-kakao
-czekolada
-orzechy
-migdały
-rodzynki
II
-odsączone owoce z puszki: pomarańcze, ananasy brzoskwinie (zostaw "sok" z ananasów!)

Prepare instructions:

BISZKOPT:
Ubij białka z cukrem
Dodawaj po jednym żółtku
Dodaj makę przesianą przez sitko i wymieszaną z proszkiem do pieczenia, lekko wymieszaj
Upiecz

MASA:
Utrzyj żółtka z całym jajem, 1 szklanką cukru i 2 łyżkami mąki ziemniaczanej
Zagotuj mleko, gorące wlej do masy
Zagotuj masę na ogniu, lekko przestudź
Utrzyj 1,5 kostki masła z 2 łyzkami cukru pudru
Dodawaj do masła zagotowaną masę, ciągle ucierając

Podziel masę na dwie części
Do pierwszej części dodaj:kakao, orzechy, migdały, rodzynki, rozdrobnioną czekoladę (ilość wg uznania, zostaw troszkę czekolady na posypanie ciasta)
Do drugiej dodaj:rozdrobnione pomarańcze, ananasy, brzoskwinie

Nasącz biszkopt sokiem z ananasów
Wylej na biszkopt masę ciemną
Wylej na ciemną masę masę jasną
Zetrzyj na tarce troszkę czekolady- obsyp jasną masę wiórkami

Twój przepis jest zachęcający i chyba wypróbuje go niebawem.Mam juz tego trochę , ale coś nowego zawsze nęci.Pozdrawiam !!!

Cieszę się, że przpis się spodobał, daj znać, czy ciacho smakowało
Ja je uwielbiam, wszystkim smakuje... Cóż, w moim domu funkcjonują dwie jego nazwy- hiszpan i "ciasto spod lady"
