Przepyszny torcik Szymona

Ingredients:

4 jajka
niepełna szklanka cukru pudru
starta skórka z połowy cytryny
3/4 szklanki mąki(np. tortowej)
1/4 szklanki mąki ziemniaczanej
łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Krem:
szklanka mleka
paczka budyniu waniliowego (na 1/2 litra mleka)
szklanka cukru pudru
100 g wiórków kokosowych
kilka wiśni z konfitury
Masło (kostka)

Prepare instructions:

1. Oddzielić żółtka od białek.
2. Żółtka dobrze ubić z połową cukru i skórką cytrynową. Białka zaś dodając powoli resztę cukru. Połączyć obie masy ciągle ubijając.
3. Powoli dodawać mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem do pieczenia. Wlać ciasto do tortownicy starannie wysmarowanej tłuszczem oraz posypanej mąką.
4. Następnie szybko wstawić do dobrze rozgrzanego piekarnika i piec w temperaturze 200 stopni. Wystudzony biszkopt przekroić na trzy części (w poprzek)

5. Budyń ugotować ze szklanką mleka (powinien być dosyć gęsty) i wystudzić.
6. Ubić masło z cukrem pudrem na krem i powoli wymieszać z budyniem. Na koniec dodać połowę wiórków kokosowych.
7. Krem podzielić na trzy części - dwoma przełożyć plastry biszkoptu, a trzecią posmarować tort. Obsypać go dokładnie resztą wiórków i udekorować wiśniami z konfitury.

ile masla do kremu,nie ma podanego masla W SKLADNIKACH.
