Ingredients:

Składniki na ciasto:
2 jajka
1 szklanka cukru
12.5 dkg masła roślinnego
2 szklanki maki
2 łyżki kakao (oczywiście gorzkiego zwykłego a nie rozpuszcalnego)
2 łyżki dzemu ( porzeczka czarna )
2 łyżeczki sody
1 szklanka mleka
Składniki na krem:
12,5 dkg masła roslinnego
6 łyżek cukru pudru
2 serki "Bieluch" cukier waniliowy 1 op.
Składniki na polewę:
1/2 kostki margaryny
1/2 szklanki cukru
2 łyżki kakao (oczywiście gorzkiego zwykłego a nie rozpuszcalnego)
2 łyżki wody

Prepare instructions:

ciasto:
jajka utrzeć ze szklanką cukru, potem dodać masło roślinne, mąke, kakao, dżem sodę i mleko i dokładnie wyrobić, nastnie przelac do foremki i do piekarnika
(temp. 180 stopni C, czas pieczenia: po 30 minutach sprawdzić patyczkiem, czy się nie klei)
Krem:
masło utrzeć z cukrem pudrem , nastepnie dodać serki ( Bieluch) i cukier waniliowy
Polewa:
margarynę z cukrem rozpuścić i rozmieszać na małym ogniu, dodać kakao i wodę ( trzymac na ogniu ok. 3 minuty mieszając aby składniki się dobrze rozpuściły i wymieszały.

Ciasto po upieczeniu ( jak ostygnie oczywiście )dzielimy na dwie części , nastepnie przekładamy kremem i górna cześć ciasta polewamy przygotowana polewa,
nastpnie odkładamy do chłodnego miejsca aby polewa zastygła i wszystkie smaki się połączyły.
Ciasto równie dobrze smakuje nastepnego dnia !

Zawsze myślałam,że W-Z-ka to trudne ciasto. Ten przepis przekonał mnie,że tak nie jest :) Piekłam ją już wielokrotnie i z pewnością nie raz jeszcze zagości na moim stole. A jak pięknie wygląda, gdy pokroi się ją na równiutkie kwadraty i udekoruje każdy z nich rozetką z kremu! Prawie jak z cukierni ;)
