Ingredients:

SKŁADNIKI:

* 1 puszka mleka (skondensowane, niesłodzone)

* 5 galaretek (np. 2 cytrynowe, 1 pomarańczowa, 1 agrestowa, 1 wiśniowa)

* paczka biszkoptów ok. 0,5 kg

Prepare instructions:

SPOSÓB PRZYGOTOWANIA:
przepis na brytfanne (40x25)

1. Trzy galaretki: pomarańczową, agrestową i wiśniową - każdą rozpuszczamy w 250 ml., natomiast 2 galaretki cytrynowe rozpuszczamy w 750 ml. gorącej wody. Wystawiamy w chłodne miejsce aż o stygną.

2. Schłodzone mleko rozlewamy na 3 równe części. Każdą miksujemy. Następnie miksując dodajemy do nich odpowiednio: galaretki rozpuszczone w 250 ml. wody (ważne aby były chłodne ale jeszcze w stanie płynnym).

3. Na spód brytfanny wykładamy biszkopty i lekko nasączamy każdy słodką herbatą. Na biszkopty wylewamy 3 warstwy zmiksowanego mleka z galaretkami (po każdej warstwie brytfanne włożyć do lodówki na ok. 5 min., aby warstwy się nie zmieszały). Na wierzch wylewamy galaretkę cytrynową (również chłodną ale płynną).

Super proste i smaczne, bardzo szybko się robi, idealne dla niespodziewanych gosci tylko trzeba mic zapas galaretek w domu. Studzenie można przyspieszyć wkładając naczynie z galaretką do większego i puszczając zimną wode. Tzw kontrolowane studzenie. Polecam to ciasteczko, dobre i szybkie, dziękuję za przepis
