Pyszna fasolka po bretońsku!!!

Ingredients:

Kilogram Fasoli „ Jaś” świeżej
3 laski dobrej kiełbasy
przecier pomidorowy (ja używam krojone pomidory w kartoniku z dodatkiem oliwy i czosnku)
mąka, masło
przyprawy (kminek, majeranek, pieprz, sól, maggi, ziele angielskie, liść laurowy)

Prepare instructions:

Fasolę przebrać, opłukać, namoczyć na noc. Następnego dnia ugotować ją w wodzie, w której się moczyła z dodatkiem kminku. Dodać ziele angielskie i liść laurowy.
Fasola gotuje się dość długo. (ok 1h)
Kiełbaske i cebule pokroić w kostkę i usmażyć. Dodać do miękkiej już fasolki.
Następnie dodajemy koncentrat lub pokrojone pomidorki z kartonika:))
Robimy zasmażkę (2 łyżki masła, 5 łyżek mąki) przyrumieniamy i wrzucamy do garczka z fasolą. Pogotować jeszcze z 5 min.
Doprawić do smaku:)

Fajny przepis,jak ktoś gotuje to zrobi fasolkę,ale jak laik to na pewno mu się nie uda.

Do dzikol:przepis jest bardzo prosty,nie wierze,zeby Ci sie nie udalo.Tylko jedna rada-zrob z polowy skladnikow.Ilosc tu podana przeznaczona jest dla wiekszej rodziny,np ja najczesciej gotuje z 1/2 kg fasoli i czesto nie zjemy na jeden posilek w trzy osoby.
