pysznie prosta zapiekanka - PIECZONKA

Very easy

Ingredients:

- ziemniaki

- kiełbasa (np toruńska, podwawelska)

-cebula

-liść laurowy

-sól, pieprz

-tłuszcz (planta, smalec)

-jajko

UWAGA!

Nie podaję dokładnej ilości ziemniaków, cebuli i kiełbasy ponieważ zależy to od tego ile chcemy zrobić Pieczonki. Te trzy składniki idą warstwowo więc dajemy ich na oko :)

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obrac, umyć i pokroić w talarki. Kiełbasę i cebulę również pokroić w talarki.

W gęsiarce rozpuścić tłuszcz i odstawić z ognia.

Pierwszą warstwę ułożyć z talarków, posolić i popieprzyć.

Na to warstwa kiełbaski, a na kiełbaskę cebulka. Wrzucić 3-4 listki laurowe. Na cebulę ponownie położyć warstwę ziemniaków posilić i popieprzyc odrobinkę. I ponownie kiełbaske i cebule. Składniki układac warstwami, a ostatnia warstwe powinny stanowić ziemniaki.

Całość dusić pod przykryciem,aż ziemniaki będą miekkie. Co jakiś czas potrząsać gęsiarką by dolna warstwa ziemniaków nie przywarła do spodu.

Gdy ziemniaki będą miękkie, a cebula uduszona zrobić na patelni sadzone jajko.

Na każdą porcję zapiekanki proponuję położyć sadzone jajko :)

uwielbiam taką pieczonkę. Aby sie nie przypaliło (i dla lepszego smaku), spód można wyłożyć liściem kapusty :)
