rabarbar

Prepare instructions:

Rabarbar oczyscic, obrac, pokroic w kawalki dlugosci 1 cm, wrzucic do wrzacej wody,pogotowac pol minuty. Odcedzic, wlozyc do sloiczkow,zamknac.
Sterylizowac 15 minut w temp.85 stopni. /sloik o pojemnosci 330 ml/.
Mozna dodac lyzeczke cukru do kazdego sloiczka.

Tak samo przygotowany rabarbar mozna zamrozic, zima uzywac jak swiezy.

Nie zalewa się tego rabarbaru po włożeniu do słoików?

Czy tak przygotowany rabarbar nadaje się do ciasta?

Obgotowanego rabarbaru nie zalewa sie woda, musi byc gesty - jak najbardziej nadaje sie do ciasta, do drozdzowego albo na "rabarbarowa szarlotke", tylko trzeba pamietac by przed uzyciem np. doslodzic do smaku /jak ktos woli slodkie/
