Radkowy pomysł na nadmiar kiełbasy w lodówce

Ingredients:

ok 700 g kiełbasy śląskiej (dobrej - nie takiej marketowej z promocji)
2 spore cebule
2 puszki pomidorów bez skóry z zalewą
ok 400 g pieczarek
2 łyżeczki suszonej bazyli (jeśli ktoś ma to lepsza jest świeża)
można dodać oregano
ewentualnie czosnek,
pieprz
łyżeczka vegety lub ziarenek smaku z "Winiar"(ja dodaję paprykowe ziarenka )
olej

Prepare instructions:

Cebule kroimy w cienkie paski, potem należy ja zeszklić na oleju i dodać do rozdrobnionych mikserem (taką specjalną koncówką) pomidorów razem z zalewą, dodajemy przyprawy, ewentualnie czosnek
Dusimy to na małym ogniu.

W tym czasie na patelni po cebuli dusimy na odrobinie oleju pokrojone pieczarki,

Na drugiej patelni podsmażamy pokrojoną w krążki grubości ok 2-3cm kiełbasę, musi się dobrze przyrumienić.

Pieczarki i kiełbasę wrzucamy do gara z pomidorami i cebulą i dusimy pod uchyloną pokrywką jeszcze około 20 min.

Gotowa potrawa powinna być bardzo gęsta, wiekszość zalewy pomidorowej powinna odparować.

Pyszne i ciężkostrawne, LEPIEJ SMAKUJE NIŻ WYGLĄDA. najlepsze z bagietką.

Sam niedawno opracowałem ten przepis jak po rodzinnej imprezie zostało sporo kiełbasy.

dodaję do tego również cząber...
zamiast pomidorków dla leniwców może być przecier zmieszany z keczupikiem, dobre też do polania mięska usmażonego/ bez panierki/...i ziemniaczki, dańko pyszne...
