Ingredients:

Ciasto: 1 szk. mąki, 4 jaja, 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia, 1 szk. cukru, 1 budyń śmietankowy (bez cukru) 1/2 aromatu śmietankowego, 2 czubate łyżki wiórek kokosowych

Krem: 3 szk. mleka, 1 szk. mąki pszennej, 3/4 szk. cukru, Kasia, 1/2 aromatu śmietankowego

Posypka: 3 łyżki cukru, 1 czubata łyżka masła, 100 g wiórek

Dodatkowo: dowolny dżem

Prepare instructions:

Ubić masę jajeczną z cukrem, dodać mąkę, proszek, aromat, budyń i wiórki. Zmiksować na jednolitą masę, piec na złoty kolor.

Zagotować 2 1/2 szk. mleka z cukrem. Z pozostałego mleka i mąki zrobić zawiesinę, wlać do gotującego się mleka. Gorący krem zmiksować z Kasią.

Ostudzone ciasto przekroić, posmarować dżemem, a górę kremem.

Na patelni skarmelizować na maśle cukier. Wsypać wiórki, chwilkę podsmażyć do delikatnego zrumienienia. Posypać nimi krem.

* jak najbardziej duża blacha :)
* te ciasto było pieczone w moim technikum na wszelkie okoliczności, od dnia nauczyciela po studniówki. Dobre i mimo kremu nie jest ciężkie. Udanych wypieków :)

Robiłam to ciasto z małą modyfikacją piękę dwa placki,przekrawam każdy i przekładam je masą,a dżem daję brzoskwiniowy.Ciasto najlepsze jest na trzeci dzień.Polecam
