REWELACYJNY SMAKOŁYK pani Matyldy

Ingredients:

Prepare instructions:

Biszkopt z 4-6 jaj smarujemy dzemem truskawkowym lub wisniowym.

Następnie robimy masę budyniową:
Ugotować 2 szklanki mleka z cukrem waniliowym i 3/4 cukru, dodajemy 1 szklankę mleka mieszamy z żółtkiem, 1 jajkiem i 8 łyżkami mąki i razem gotujemy przez chwilę jak budyn.
Utrzeć 1,5 kostki masła i dodac wystudzony budyń.

Wykładamy masę na dżem.

Na masę kładziemy krakersy (lekko ponczujemy - najlepiej pędzelkiem: woda+cukier waniliowy+cukier+cytryna+ew.alkohol).

Skondensowane mleko w puszce gotujemy przez 3 godziny. Wystudzone wylewamy na krakersy.
Na karmel znów wykładamy krakersy i ponczujemy je.

1/2 l smietanki 30% ubijamy dodając łyzkę cukru i tężejącą cytrynową galaretkę rozpuszczoną w 3/4 szklanki wody.
Ubitą śmietane wykładamy na krakersy i posypujemy tartą czekoladą.

Zaciekawił mnie ten przepis,ale czy mogłabyś napisać ile jakich składników trzeba.

Czy chodzi o proporcje ponczu? Jesli tak, to podaję: ok. 0,5 szklanki wody, 1 łyżka cukru, 1 łyżka soku z cytryny, cukier wanilinowy, ew. 1 łyżka wódki.
Jeśli zaś chodzi o ilość krakersów - to zależy od ich wielkości oraz powierzchni blachy.
Pozostałe składniki oraz ich ilość jest wymieniona w przepisie..
