Ingredients:

CIASTO:
3 szkl mąki
1/2 szkl cukru pudru
1 kostka margaryny
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
4 żółtka
zapach owocowy

KREM:
1 litr śmietanki kremówki 30%
1/2 szkl cukru pudru
2 galaretki cytrynowe

NA WIERZCH:
gotowane mleko skondensowane
lub masa krówkowa

Prepare instructions:

Zagnieśc ciasto: przetrzeć mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem i cukrem z margaryną.
Dodac żółtka i olejek. Zagnieść. Upiec 2 placki w 180 stopniach, 20-30 minut, aż się zarumienią.

KREM: galaretki rozpuścić w 2 szklankach gorącej wody. Kremówkę ubić z cukrem. Tężejącą galaretke powoli wlewać, cały czas miksując, do śmietany. Przełożyc placki masą.

NA WIERZCH: rozsmarować ugotowane skondensowane mleko lub rozgrzać masę krówkową z łyżką margaryny.

Posypać sezamem lub wiórkami lub migdałami, ale najlepsze jest z rozdrobnionymi orzechami.

Ciasto wygląda rewelacyjnie! Dodałam go do ulubionych. Zrobie i napisze czy smakuje tak samo jak wygląda Pozdrawiam.

Ciasto jest pyszniutkie, bardzo delikatne i zawsze się udaje. Uwaga na placki... są bardzo kruche. Polecam:)
