Robię bardzo podobne risotto http://www.wielkiezarcie.com/przepis18862.html z tym, że gdy ryż jest już miękki dodaję śmietanę 18% wymieszaną z 1 żółtkiem. Jest pyszne! Najlepsze jakie można sobie wyobrazić!

Nie watpie, ze jest bardzo dobre, tylko, ze ja tu nie mam smietany 18%, ale moze sprobuje z wloska smietana - tylko, ze ona jest slodka.
Zareczam, ze bez smietany tez jest pyszniutkie.

Niewątpię:) Wygląda bardzo apetycznie. A może skoro, jak wywnioskowałam mieszkasz we Włoszech, wiesz czym się różni w smaku arborio od carnaroli?
