Rizotto z kurczaka

Ingredients:

Składniki: 30 dag ryżu 30 dag piersi z kurczaka 20 dag pieczarek 1 cebula 4 dag tłuszczu 4 dag żółtego sera 1 żółtko 1/8 l śmietany sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie: Piersi z kurczaka wypłukać, pokroić w kostkę. Cebulę obrać, pokroić, usmażyć na tłuszczu na jasnozłoty kolor. Do usmażonej cebuli włożyć pokrojone mięso z kurczaka. Wlać 1/8 l wody, dusić pod przykryciem do miękkości, w połowie duszenia dodać pokrojone w plasterki pieczarki, pod koniec duszenia posolić. Ugotowany na sypko ryż, wymieszać z mięsem i pieczarkami, przyprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem. Przełożyć do żaroodpornego naczynia, zalać gęstą, posoloną śmietaną zmieszaną z żółtkami. Posypać tartym serem. Wstawić do gorącego piekarnika na 30 minut. Gdy ser się lekko zrumieni, wyjąć.

Robiłam to risotto w sobotę. Bardzo smakowało mojemu synowi , mi również. Następnym razem kurczaka przyprawię przyprawą do gyrosa, wole bardziej pikantne dania. Ale i tak było pyszne!!
