Kotleciki z kurczaka niebanalne

Ingredients:

- 2 piersi z kurczaka
- 4 jajka
- 1 cebula
- 1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
- 1 łyżka mąki przennej
- 2 łyzki majonezu
- ząbek czosnku- zetrzeć
- 3 plastry żółtego sera
- sól, pieprz, wegeta
- olej lub planta

Prepare instructions:

Cycki z kurczaka pokroić w kostkę:). Białka z jajek ubić na sztywną pianę. Cebulę zetrzeć na tarce z duzymi oczkami.Ser zetrzeć.
Wszystkie składniki połączyć , wymieszczac, doprawic do smaku. Nakładac łyżką na rozgrzaną patelnie z odrobiną oleju. Samyć na złoty kolor.

Kotleciki są znakomite, każdemu smakuja, nawet wybrednym maluchom.W dodatku bardzo szybko się je robi i całośc wychodzi nie drogo. Do gotowej masy możemy również dodać sczypiorek :)

często robię te kotlety, ale mniej kombinuje: 2 piersi, cebula, 2-3 jajka, 15 dkg sera żółtego, 3 łyż majonezu i 3 łyżki mąki pszennej; wszystko kroje drobno, doprawiam, mieszam i smażę. I na pewno nie ubijam białek - nie ma takiej potrzeby. Wrzucam całe surowe jajka i zapewniam, ze kotleciki wychodzą pyszne, wiec po co sobie życie komplikować?
