Przepis wygląda super, chyba będzie moją niespodzianką obiadową na najbliższe święta. Ciekawa jestem po co te kawałki masła do środka? dla soczystości? bo chyba podczas pieczenia wsiąkną w roladkę... w każdym razie SIUUP do ulubionych

Pozwolę sobie odpowiedzieć za autorkę przepisu: z tym masełkiem dokładnie tak jak piszesz - polepsza smak i powoduje, że roladki nie będą suche.

Tak, tak dokładnie, chodzi o to żeby mięsko nie było suche :)
