Ingredients:

30 dkg łaty wołowej
30dkg rosbefu wołowego
30 dkg szpondru wolowego
1/2 kury rosołowej
3 marchewki
2 pietruszki
por
kawałek selera
cebula opieczona w łupiniee
mały kawałek buraka
kawałek włoskiej kapusty lub 2-3 brukselki
gałązka lubczyku
5 ziarenek ziela angielskiego
10 ziarenek prawdziwego pieprzu
gałązka kopru
2 suszone grzybki
sól

Prepare instructions:

Mięso i kurę wyplukać w zimnej wodzie.
Włożyć do garnka i zalać ok.5 l zimnej /!/ wody.
Zagotować, odszumować /zdjąć pianę /.
Gotować na maleńkim ogniu ok.1 godz.
Dołożyć obrane warzywa i przyprawy i gotować jeszcze ok. 2-3 godzin .
Rosół ma tylo lekko ''mrugać'' inaczej będzie mętny.
Kiedy mięso jest miękkie,zgasić gaz i odczekać kilka minut,wyjąć mięso i jarzyny.Potem skropić po wierzchu kilkoma łyzkami zimnej wody / ''szumowiny'' opadną wtedy na dno/.Kiedy ostygnie można zdjąć z wierzchu tłuszcz.

Podawać z makaronem domowym /jak najcieniej pokrojonym/ z plasterkami ugotowanej marchewki i posypany koperkiem lub natką pietruszki.

Z ugotowanej w rosole wołowiny , kury i jarzyn,po zmieleniu można zrobić krokiety lub pierogi.

Tylko ten burak jakos tu mi nie pasuje. Reszta jak najbardziej! Taki rosół pamięta sie do końca życia!!!!

Rosól drobiowo - wołowy jest super- ja osobiście rezygnuję z grzybków i buraków do rosołu. Nie wiem nawet jak z nimi smakuje.
