Ingredients:

- ok. 60 dkg. wołowiny
( " czyste " mięso )
- 1 jajko
- sól
- pieprz - prosto z młynka
- tłuszcz do smażenia

- 2 duże cebule
- szczypta vegety

Prepare instructions:

Wołowinę mielimy przez sitko z dużymi dziurkami
( jak do kiełbasy )

Jeśli nie mamy takiego sitka, to wołowinę w całości lekko
" podmrozić ", wtedy łatwo kroi się ostrym nożem w kosteczkę
( jak jarzyny do sałatki )

Tak naprawdę, to wołowina na siekane rumsztyki powinna być krojona ręcznie.

1. Mięso zmielone

Solimy i pieprzymy świeżo mielonym pieprzem - w ilości wyraźnie wyczuwalnej, dodać 1 jajko i dobrze wyrobić.
Ręce zwilżyć - i formować płaskie, owalne rumsztyki.

Smażyć na rumiano, ale w środku powinny być różowe

( ja na " specjalne życzenie " musiałam przepiec )

Połówki cebul pokroić w cieniutkie " piórka " i oddzielnie na łyżeczce masła usmażyć na złoty kolor i posypać lekko vegetą.

Rumsztyki ułożyć na cebulce, a ziemniaki polać łyżeczką tłuszczu ze smażenia mięsa.

Tak Zucchero - zmieloną wołowinę podzieliłam na 6 klopsików ( dla 3 osob ). Ostatnie zdjęcie to porcja małżonka, który lubi bardziej przypieczone. Może surowe porcje wydają się większe, bo talerz jest mniejszy od tego z gotowym obiadem. Pozdrawiam serdecznie i życzę smacznego !!!

rumsztyka robi sie z poledwicy wolowej.

Z pewnością Nonsense z polędwicy byłyby rumsztyli lepsze, ale jak jest fajna chuda wołowinka to też są smaczne. Pozdrawiam !
