Mam w zamrażalniku tilapię  (filety )  smaczny bylby obiad -  rybka zapiekana w śmietanie.   Ale  podkreślasz,   że ryba sucha  a  tilapia  to sucha nie jest - więc jak myślisz -  nie ryzykować ?   Pozdrawiam !!!
