ryż pieczarkowy do mięs

Ingredients:

- 1 szkl. ryżu;
- 4-5 pieczarek;
- 1/2 małej cebulki;
- 2 łyżki oleju;
- 2 szkl. wody lub bulionu grzybowego;
- przyprawy: sól, pieprz czarny mielony, inne ulubione.

Prepare instructions:

Pieczarki oczyścić, pokroić dość drobno (ja kroję na półplasterki).

Cebulę obrać, posiekać.

Na patelni rozgrzać łyżkę oleju, podsmażyć pieczarki na złoto, dodać cebulę i zeszklić.

Dodać pozostałą łyżkę oleju i mocno rozgrzać. Wsypać ryż i smażyć dopóki nie będzie przezroczysty.
Zalać wodą lub bulionem i zagotować. Następnie zmniejszyć ogień do minimum, przykryć pokrywką i dusić od czasu do czasu mieszając przez ok. 15-20 minut. Jeśli ryż nie bedzie miękki, to trochę przedłużyć czas gotowania. Doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem (i czym kto lubi).

Pozostawić ryż pod przykryciem na ok. 5 minut.

Jest to znakomity dodatek, zwłaszcza do mięs.
