Ryż zapiekany z warzywami

Ingredients:

1 szklanka ryżu,
1 1/2 szklanki mleka,
1/2 szklanki wody,
35 dag kapusty białej lub włoskiej,
2 cebule,
2 marchewki, kawałek selera.
2-3 łyżki groszku zielonego,
2 suszone grzyby lub kilka świeżych,
2-3 łyżki tłuszczu,
1/2 szklanki śmietany
lub 2/3 szklanki śmietanki lub mleka,
1 jajko,
sól, pieprz,
gałka muszkatołowa,
tłuszcz,
bułka tarta do formy.

Prepare instructions:

Ryż ugotować na sypko na mleku z wodą. Kapustę oczyścić, opłukać, poszatkować, krótko obgotować. Umyte, namoczone grzyby ugotować i posiekać. Umyte, oczyszczone, opłukane warzywa zetrzeć na tarce i udusić wraz z kapustą na tłuszczu, dodając wywar z gotowania grzybów. Wymieszać ryż z warzywami. śmietanę (mleko) wymieszać z jajkiem i przyprawami. Wysmarować formę tłuszczem i obsypać tartą bułką. Włożyć masę do formy, zalać śmietaną z jajami i przyprawami, zapiec.

Dzisiaj robiłam to danie.Jest smaczne,ale polecam je osobom,które lubią smak gałki muszkatałowej i grzybów połączony w całość.Niewątpliwie potrawa ma oryginalny charakter.
