Salatka grecka z pieczywkiem czosnkowym

Ingredients:

1 rzymska salata

kilka malych pomidorkow koktajlowych

pol zielonego ogorka

pol czerwonej cebuli

czerwona papryka

oliwki

ser feta

sol + pieprz do smaku

Na sos:

3 lyzki oliwy z oliwek

wycisniety sok z polowy cytryny

natka pietruszki

Pieczywko czosnkowe:

buleczki lub bagietka

2-3 zabki czosnku

maslo

Prepare instructions:

Salate pokroic (rzymska ponoc mozna traktowac nozem :-) i wrzucic do misy. Pomidorki przekroic na pol, ogorka obrac, przekroic wzdluz na pol i kroic na grubsze polplasterki. Papryke pokroic na cienkie paseczki. Cebule pokroic w piorka. Calosc umiescic w misie. Delikatnie posolic i popieprzyc. Wymieszac.

Przygotowac sos: oliwe wymieszac z sokiem z cytryny. Dodac duzo posiekanej natki pietruszki. Wymieszac z warzywami.

Nalozyc na talerze porcje salatki, pokruszyc fantazyjnie ser fete i posypac nim wierzch salatki (nie mieszam fety z salatka w misce, bo robi sie straszna paciaja...)

Do salatki przygotowuje pieczywo czosnkowe. Buleczki przekrajam, kazda smaruje maslem i rozgniecionym czosnkiem i wkladam do piekarnika na grill na 3-5 minut.

Smaczna sałatka, nadaje się bardziej do obiadu niż na imprezę (ja zrobiłam na imprezę), ale w smaku dobra. Fajnie wygląda podana właśnie z czosnkowymi bagietkami, na które każdy może sobie ją nałożyć. :)
