Sałatka -płonące sombrero-

Ingredients:

2 piersi z kurczaka,
3 łyżki oliwy z oliwek,
1 puszka kukurydzy konserwowej,
60 dag ziemniaków,
2 łyżki posiekanej papryki konserwowej,
100 ml ketchupu,
1 łyżeczka sproszkowanego chili,
sól, pieprz i cukier do smaku.

Prepare instructions:

Piersi z kurczaka umyć i osuszyć. Natrzeć solą i obficie posypać pieprzem. Obsmażyć na rozgrzanej oliwie ze wszystkich stron na złoty kolor. Wystudzić. Pokroić w kostkę. Ziemniaki umyć i ugotować w łupinach. Wystudzić, obrać i również pokroić w kostkę. Połączyć z osączoną z zalewy kukurydzą, oliwą ze smażenia i posiekaną papryką. Dodać sproszkowane chili. Zalać ketchupem. Doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem i cukrem. Dokładnie wymieszać. Przełożyć w chłodne miejsce na 30 min. P.S. Proponuję ograniczyć ilość przyprawy chili. Dla niektórych wersja oryginalna może być zbyt piekielna.

smaczna sałatka, dodalam zamiast papryki czerwoną fasolke, koleżankom moim bardzo smakowała, przepis poszedł w obieg, a sałatka zagosci w moim menu na długo;)
