Sałatka skrzata

Ingredients:

300 g brokuła surowego
1 puszka kukurydzy (ok. 300 g)
1 puszka zielonego groszku (ok. 300 g)
1 słoik selera konserwowego (ok. 250 g)
1 surowa czerwona papryka
5 jajek

sos:
2 ząbki czosnku
1 łyżka majonezu
3 łyżki śmietany
sól i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Brokuła podzielić na różyczki. Gotować w lekko osolonej wodzie około 4 minuty. Odcedzić. Kukurydzę, groszek i selera odcedzić. Czerwoną paprykę pokroić w kosteczkę. Jajka ugotować. Ostudzone pokroić w krążki. Wszystkie warzywa połączyć w jednym naczniu. Wymieszać. Zalać sosem sporządzonym z czosnku, majonezu i śmietany. Doprawić solą i pieprzem do smaku.

Sałata BARDZO DOBRA. Jedna uwaga: moim zdaniem należy wszystkie składniki oprócz jajek dobrze wymieszać, a dopiero na koniec jajka ułożyć na wierzchu, posolić dosyć mocno i polać sosem, bo inaczej jajka są dosyć mdłe. To oczywiście opinia moja i moich gości. Drugim razem zrobiłam tak jak już pisałam i wszystkim bardzo smakowało. Dlatego GORĄCO POLECAM.
