sałatka z fetą łatwa i mało kaloryczna

Ingredients:

-1 opakowanie sera feta(sałatkowo-panapkowy 270 g.)
-1 puszka kukurydzy
-2 jabłka
-2 pomidory
-5 kiszonych ogórków
-1 czerwona papryka
-2-3 łyżki majonezu(lub jeda łyżka majonezu resztę jogurtu naturalnego.
-pieprz,łyżeczka tymianku

Do sałatki można użyć sera feta z zalewy ziołowej.

Prepare instructions:

1-Pomidory (bez skórki)jabłka obrać ,ogórki,ser,paprykę pokroić w kostkę.wymieszac z kukurydzą.
2-Do tak przygotowanej sałatki dodać majonez,tymianek oraz pieprz,po czym bardzo delikatnie wymieszać.Ozdobić.

Prawda,że proste,a jakie dobre .Ja potrafię wszamać taką sałatkę sama w ciągu jednego dnia .

UWAGA!!!!!

Dobra jeśli ktoś stosuje dietę.jest sycąca,zdrowa,szybka w przygotowaniu,mało kaloryczna.

Jesteś pierwsza osobą od ktorej zrobiłam sałatkę na tej stronce.Jest super,użylam troche sosu czosnkowego i tez jest rewelacja:)

grazia32 to też ja grazia73 Dzięki za zdjęcie i miłe komentarze a papryki konserwowej nie daję bo ma specyficzny smak jak i zapach lepiej nie bo sałatka może iść w zapomnienie
