Sałatka z papryki i ryżu

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

2 torebki ryżu
5 papryk (różne: czerwona, zielona, żółta)
puszka groszku konserwowego
puszka kukurydzy konserwowej
1 seler ( wielkość wg uznania)
2 jabłka
majonez
pieprz
sól

Prepare instructions:

1. Ryż ugotować, odcedzić, przestudzić.
2. Seler obrać, zetrzeć na tarce na małych oczkach (można go sparzyć, jeśli jest twardy).
3. Jabłka obrac i zetrzeć na duzych oczkach.
4. Paprykę pokroić w małe paski.
5. Dodać kukurydzę i groszek.

Wszystko przyprawić solą i pieprzem, dodać majonez.

Sałatka jest "lekka" i smaczna. PROSTA i SZYBKA w WYKONANIU !!! Kolorowa sałatka sprawia, że człowiek nawet jak już jest najedzony to by jeszcze jadł oczami.

Ciekawa ta sałatka! Fajnie kolorowo musi wyglądać! Na razie ląduje w ulubionych, a przy najbliższej okazji na pewno wypróbuje:)
