Salatka ziemniaczana-pyszna i prosta

Ingredients:

1 kg ziemniaków

5 jajek

10 marchewek

2 selery

5-7 pietruszek

1 puszka groszku

1 puszka kukurydzy

2-3 cebule

2 jabłka

6 ogórków konserwowych

majonez

musztarda

sól i pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki gotujemy, odsączamy z wody i gdy przestygną kroimy w drobna kostkę. Wszystkie warzywa(marchew, seler, pietruszkę) gotujemy z dodatkiem soli, jajka gotujemy na twardo.Wywar jaki pozostanie nam po warzywach zostawiamy, gdyż na nim możemy ugotować rosół.

Ziemniaki, marchew, seler, pietryszkę, jajko,ogórek konserwowy cebulę krojimy kosteczkę, dodajemy odsączony groszek zielony i kukurydzę. Ja do salatki dodaje jeszcze dwa jablka pokrojone w drobniutką kosteczkę i mieszam z pozostałymi składnikami.Dodajemy majonez i około3 łyżek musztardy np: sarepskiej, mieszamy, doprawiamy sola i pieprzem do smaku.

Sałatka ta jest prosta i pyszna, można ja przygotować z warzyw, które pozostaja nam po gotowaniu rosołu.U nas na uroczystościach rodzinnych jest obowiazkowa:)

a u nas ta sałatka nazywa sie "kaczy żer" :) i też jest obowiązkowa na wszytkich uroczystosciach rodzinnych :)
