Sałatka ziemniaczana super prosta i tania

Very easy

Ingredients:

* ziemniaki ( np. 1kg ) * ogórki kiszone ( np. 1/2 kg ) * natka pietruszki ( mogą być 2 ) * czosnek ( min. 3 ząbki, ja daję główkę bo lubię ) * majonez ( 2 łyżki stołowe, może być więcej ) * sól, pieprz składniki w ilości według uznania ale tak żeby było więcej ziemniaków, trochę mniej ogórków kiszonych.

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki ugotować w łupinkach, wystudzić, obrać i pokroić w kostkę. Ogórki kiszone opłukać i pokroić w kostke. Natkę pietruszki posiekać ( najlepiej niezbyt cienko ). Czosnek przecisnąć przez praskę. Wszystko razem wymieszać z majonezem, solą i pieprzem. Smacznego :-)

Bardzo smaczna. Faktycznie można dodać sporo czosnku (3 ząbki to wg mnie stanowczo za mało) i dwie natki to tez nie będzie przesada. Na pewno na stałe zaości w moim domu właśnie ze względu na smak i fakt, że tania a to dla mnie bardzo wazne.
