właśnie pichce....zamiast schabu dałam polędwiczki....pachnie smakowicie, rodzinka zagląda do kuchni i czeka na degustacje...pozdrawiam

Schab wyszedł pyszny, bardzo smakował mojej mamie i chłopakowi:) Mięsko jest soczyste, a sosik ma bardzo ciekawy smak:)

Czy plastry schabu należy podsmażyć przed włożeniem ich do sosu cebulowo - grzybowego ?

promyczku możesz je podsmażyc, ale krótko i na bardzo mocno rozgrzanym oleju :)
