Schabowe Inaczej - pyszne

Ingredients:

Schab 1kg
Boczek wędzony 50dkg
40dkg pieczarek
2 cebule
20dkg sera żółtego w plasterkach
1 por
2 sosy myśliwskie (torebka)
śmietana kremówka

Prepare instructions:

Schab kroimy w plastry ( jak na kotlety), delikatnie je rozbijamy, następnie obsmażamy na patelni w samej mące i wegecie.
Układamy usmażone już kotlety na blaszce, a następnie warstwami układamy na nich po kolei :
- plasterek boczku
- pieczarki przesmażone
- cebule przeszkloną
- plasterek sera
- por biały pokrojony w talarki i lekko wygnieciony w palcach
Następnie przygotowujemy sos myśliwski ( robimy go tak jak jest napisane na opakowaniu) i mieszamy ze śmietaną kremówką. Tak przygotowanym sosem polewamy nasze kotlety i zapiekamy w piekarniku ( 200 stopni), pieczemy ok.1godz.

Mniam mniam pyyycha! Właśnie skończyliśmy obiad i bardzo nam smakowało. Polecam wypróbowanie przepisu!

przepis godny polecenia,robiłam już kilka razy i naprawdę miła odmiana schabu.pozdrawiam i dziękuję
