Ingredients:

2,5 szkl mąki pszennej
1 szkl cukru
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
2 łyżki kakao
25 dag margaryny
3 żółtka
0,6 kg serka homogenizowanego
1 szkl cukru pudru
3 łyżki roztopionego masła
3 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
3 żółtka
olejek cytrynowy
6 białek
1/4 kostki margaryny
3 łyżki wody
3 łyżki cukru
3 łyżki kakao

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO: Wszystkie składniki (oprócz kakao) połączyć i wyrobić na jednolite ciasto. Podzielić na 2 części. Do jednej dodać kakao i wyrobić. Obie części włożyć do woreczków i do zamrażalnika na 2-3 godziny.
MASA SEROWA: Przygotować przed wyciągnięciem ciasta. Z białek ubić pianę na sztywno.Z reszty składników utrzeć gładką masę, na końcu dodać pianę.
Na wysmarowaną blaszkę zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach połowę białego ciasta i połowę ciemnego. Wyłożyć na ciasto masę serową. Na wierzch zetrzeć resztę ciemnego ciasta i resztę białego ciasta. Piec w temp.170 st.C przez 1 godzinę.

POLEWA CZEKOLADOWA: W garnuszku rozpuścić margarynę dodając wodę,cukier i kakao- dobrze zmieszać aby była gładka.Polać polewą ciasto i zostawić do schłodzenia,następnie włożyć do lodówki aby polewa ładnie zastygła.

Nie zle brzmi nazwa sernika, a sposob przygotowania jest tez ciekawy, ale jakos nie moge sobie wyobrazic jak on wyglada. Dlatego prosze o fotografie.

Obecnie nie posiadam jeszcze fotografii tego sernika, ale jak tylko będę miała to dodam Jest naprawdę pyszny.
