Ingredients:

Ciasto:

•		40 dag mąki

•		szklanka cukru pudru

•		1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

•		20 dag margaryny

•		2 jajka

•		4 łyżki kwaśnej śmietany

Masa serowa:

•		1 i 1/4 kg sera białego

•		25 dag masła

•		1 i 1/2 szklanki cukru

•		2 jajka

•		2 żółtka

•		1/2 szklanki mleka

•		opakowanie budyniu śmietankowego lub waniliowego

•		polewa czekoladowa do dekoracji

Prepare instructions:

przygotowanie

1.		Ciasto: mąkę przesiać na stolnicę, dodać cukier puder i proszek do pieczenia, dokładnie wymieszać. Dodać miękką margarynę, posiekać nożem, a następnie rozetrzeć dłońmi. Wbić jajka, dodać kwaśną śmietanę i wyrobić ciasto. Uformować kulę, pokroić na 3 równe części.

2.		Wszystkie kawałki ciasta rozwałkować, tworząc trzy blaty. Każdy z blatów upiec oddzielnie na blasze wyłożonej natłuszczonym papierem do pieczenia.

3.		Masa serowa: ser, cukier, masło, jajka i żółtka zmiksować, przełożyć do rondla. Gotować ok. 20 minut, cały czas mieszając. Mleko wymieszać z budyniem, dodać do masy serowej, gotować, aż masa zacznie gęstnieć. Zdjąć z gazu, masę lekko ostudzić.

4.		Na blasze ułożyć blat ciasta, na nim umieścić połowę masy serowej. Następnie ułożyć kolejny blat, pozostałą masę serową oraz ostatni blat. Ciasto udekorować polewą czekoladową.

Ja mam go pod nazwą sernik gotowany , dawno go nie robiłam , trzeba będzie go sobie przypomnieć ....pozdrawiam
