Jaka ta blaszka ma być są różne rozmiary ?  Narobiłaś mi ochoty na sernik :):)

tak dokładnie to nie wiem bo nie posiadam takiej blaszki ale to tak na oko to około 45x25. zwykla prostokatna duża blacha. taka jak tutaj: http://www.chh.pl/produkty/90532/Forma_blacha_do_ciasta_40x25

Czy do  sera nie dodaje się żadnego tłuszczu? a jeśli nie to czy ser ma być tłusty?
