sernik na ciemnym cieście od Asi taty

Ingredients:

ciasto:
1/2 margaryny
1 1/2 szklanki mąki
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1/2 szklanki cukru
2 łyżki kakao ciemnego
3 jajka całe duże
3 łyżki wody

SER:
1,2 kg sera białego - przekręcić przez maszynkę

1 kostka masła
1i 1/2 szklankę cukru
1/2 litra mleka
2 cukry waniliowe
2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
2 łyżki mąki pszennej
8 jajek

Prepare instructions:

ciasto:
Margarynę, cukier, kakao, wodę zagotować krótko, aby się połączyły składniki. Wystudzić i dodać mąkę, proszek i jajka całe. Wylać na blachę i odstawić, żeby stało 15minut.
ser:

1 masło utarte z 1/2 szklanki cukru
Żółtka ubić z 1/2szklanki cukru . Białka na koniec z 1/2 szklanki cukru.
Utrzeć masło z cukrem dodać ser, włożyć do wysokiego naczynia chwile razem ubijać mikserem, potem dodać 1/2 litra mleka zimnego, 2 cukry waniliowe, 8 żółtek. 2 łyżki mąki pszennej i 2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej i na koniec białka.

Piec ok. 1 godziny, aż się przyrumieni. Posypać wiórkami kokosowymi piec 160 -170 stopni.

napisz dokladnie wykonanie masy serowej( ile cukru do masla, w skladnikach jest tylko maka ziemn.itd....
