Ingredients:

Składniki:
- Ciasto:
- cukier waniliowy
- 2 szklanki mąki
- 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
- 1 margaryna
- 3 żółtka
Masa serowa: 2 kostki sera białego
- 1 margaryna
- 3 szklanki cukru pudru
- 1 jajo
- 3 żółtka
- 1 budyń śmietankowy lub waniliowy
- brzoskwinie świeże lub z puszki

Prepare instructions:

Zagnieść ciasto, podzielić na dwie części. Pierwszą częścią wyłożyć tortownicę, drugą zamrozić na kruszonkę.
Masa serowa: Wszystkie składniki utrzeć mikserem. Do tortownicy wyłożonej ciastem (można wcześniej podpiec na rumiano spód ciasta) wlać masę serową, ułożyć pokrojone w kawałki brzoskwinie (na tortownicę ok. 1 puszki owoców). Ubić pianę z 2 białek, 2 łyżeczki cukru, 1 łyżeczki mąki ziemniaczanej. Ubitą pianę wylać na brzoskwinie. Drugą część ciasta zetrzeć na tarce prosto do prodiża. Piec ok. 45 minut w prodiżu, albo ok. 60 min w piekarniku w temp 170 stopni.

Czy mogłabyś sprecyzowac ile to jest 2 kostki sera? U mnie w sklepach spotykam tylko kostki o wadze 250g, więc by było 1/2 kg? I aż 3 szklanki cukru?
