Ingredients:

4 jogurty greckie po 400 g(z Biedronki)

8 jaj (pianę ubijamy)

3 budynie śmietankowe

1 cukier waniliowy

1łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

0,5 szkl. oleju(rzepakowy lub słonecznikowy)

1 i 1/2 szkl cukru

opakowanie biszkoptów

Prepare instructions:

Ubijamy pianę z białek. W większej misce ubijamy żółtka z cukrem następnie dodajemy olej proszek do pieczeni , cukier waniliowy i proszek budyniowy następnie dodajemy jogurty greckie.Na samym końcu delikatnie wmieszać ubite białka.Na blaszce rozłożyć papier do pieczenia i biszkopciki blaszka musi być dość spora ja używam takiej w rozmiarze 23x39 .Masę wylewać powoli na biszkopty jeśli zrobi sięto za szybko biszkopty podpłyną na powierzchnię.Pieczemy 1 godzinę w 180 stopniach.

Bardzo fajne, delikatne, wręcz aksamitne ciasto. Jutro powtórka, a przepis "powędrował" wśród znajomych.

Bardzo wszystkim smakował.Niestety opadł,a jak był w piekarniku to myślałam,że wypłynie z blaszki.
