Sernik z serków z Biedronki

Ingredients:

SPÓD:

1 szklanka mąki
1 jajko
0,5 szklanki cukru
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
0,5 kostki masła lub margaryny
2 łyżki kakao

MASA SEROWA:

4 jajka
0,5 kostki masła stopionego
1 szklanka cukru
2 wiaderka sera z Biedronki Zielona Łąka, jeden waniliowy, jeden zwykły
1 budyń waniliowy lub śmietankowy
rodzynki

Prepare instructions:

Zagnieść ciasto ze składników na spód, wyłożyć nim blaszkę lub tortownicę.
Ubić pianę z białek, dodać cukier i nadal ubijać, dodać żółtka, stopione masło, ser i budyń miksując cały czas, dodać rodzynki. Wyłożyć na spód i piec w 175 stopniach około godzinę. Po ostudzeniu można polać galaretką. Ja robiłam ten sernik kilka razy, nieraz z galaretka na wierzchu a nieraz z kruszonką z tego ciasta ze spodu. Obie wersje bardzo wszystkim smakują. Z podanej porcji wychodzi cieniutki sernik.

Sernik jest łatwy w wykonaniu, wszystko miksuje się w jednym naczyniu, polecam!

Reklama: polecam ten serniczek, bo jest naprawdę przepyszny! Właśnie go piekę tylko ilość masy serowej zwiększyłam o połowę :-)))

czy ten sericzek na zdjeciu jest zrobiony z podwójnej porcji? Na jakiej blaszce najlepiej piec?

Ten jest z pojedynczej porcji i pieczony na dużej blaszce. On wychodzi niski.
